Dear Students and Jackie, I hope that you are enjoying the course! I have found you all to be a lot of fun to work with and it's been great to see so many of you make real progress on the course. Remember to keep going over the skills taught until they become second nature. I hope that you have some joy with Instagram today and that you are able to play around with the photographs taken yesterday. I should be there from lunchtime onwards today when our aim will be to tidy up our work ready for printing. If time, we could look at some basic photography editing skills. If time we will begin with the basics of YouTube. What a superb site YouTube is and now your Google account will allow you to configure and play with your own YouTube profile. You can make playlists, arrange videos in folders to watch later or watch again. Your "settings" are the key to your "security" and safety. The trouble is... Facebook is a busy page! See: How on earth do you fix your settings ? Does this make it easier? My first post on social media

Hello ever savvier social media students I hope that you enjoyed your first day of the course and felt like you got, or are getting, one step clodser to achieving your goals for the course. In the next post I will put up the course aims and objectives: A B C D. It would be a good idea to read these, ask yourself what we have done to cover them and blog about any progress that you have made. You could always tweet about it and put a link / embed your tweet on your blogger page.
